About Morris Janitorial
Prior to starting Morris Janitorial in 1997, Frank Morris spent fifteen years in the commercial real
estate business in Austin. During this time he worked for Martine Properties and Trammell Crow
Company in varied capacities including property management, leasing and office building sales.
Experience dealing with service companies led Frank to appreciate the importance of good
vendors with high integrity and their effect on tenants and building value. This combined with
knowledge of a growing need for service sector support for the expanding real estate market were
primary reasons he chose to start Morris Janitorial.
Ryan Reed joined Morris Janitorial in April of 2002. Since 1991, Ryan has managed the cleaning
contracts of the Texas State Capitol, the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, Trinity
University, Texas A&M International University as well as many other office buildings throughout the
state.
We have grown primarily by "word of mouth" and have been successful at keeping our customers
satisfied. Growth has been steady, allowing for attention to detail and delivery of quality service.
